Whether someone called her ugly or not has no relevance. If she APPROVED of the pic being there BEFORE the comments, then she would have no case, that is true. If she did not approve of the pic being there, she has possible grounds for defamation or another charge, ESPECIALLY if it was an amateur nude photo to which the IP belonged to the plaintiff.

I wasn't here, so I don't know the story.

But let's say someone put a nude or compromising picture up of you on a website, Carina, WITHOUT your permission, and you were unhappy about it. Then you asked to take it down, and they didn't. You really think you'd have no legal recourse?
