Because a fight broke out in the mosh pit, how is it Cut Throat's fault? The band has no control over the crowd. They just come to play their music and have a good time. This is a first run in(with police) for the band; and they have been together for several years, and have played well over a handful of shows. When police tell everyone to leave the property, do you expect the band to leave all of their equipment in the parking lot, or in the hall to get stolen? Band equipment can cost up to thousands of dollars. Telling a band to "leave your equipment in the parking lot and pick it up the next morning" is like saying to a police officer, "leave your police patons, guns, tazers, handcuffs and cruisers laying in the parking lot, (where the public can easily access them and utimatley steal them,) and come back tomorrow morning to retrieve them." DO YOU THINK THEY WILL BE THERE THE NEXT MORNING? Um...No! That is why the band kept going in and out of the hall because they were trying to pack up their stuff and leave. They did not want this interference as much as the police did not want this.
