i sent it to a friend of mine and here was his reply:
Poor Screech made more money in one year, than I've seen in my entire life. He's also acted in in multiple television series post-Saved By the Bell.. Either this is fake, or he's just a moron. The business world is a cruel place. There were a number of lenders at his dispose. Also, his bank can't just randomly call his mortgage. He pays them interest for a loan over an extend period of time (say 30 years). If he signed a doc. requiring him to pay it back in a shorter term, the rate would've been lower. As such, there are laws to protect consumer against this. If the buyer agrees to the terms set by the lender, so too the lender agrees by default. SO, if they called his mortgage, he wasn't paying it.
