I've done alot of graphic design before on web pages and stuff, but I've recently taken on the task of designing graphics for my band to do tee shirts, stickers, cd artwork, ect but I'm having problems.

most places that do stickers and tees and CD inserts and stuff want you send them the graphic file or a disk with the graphic file on it.

They want a resolution between 300 and 600 dpi.

but my font sizes only go up to 72 and when I try to write on a pallet thats 1400 by 1400 pixels with a 300 DPI, my font is friggin tiny...

How do I make it work?
