i dont know... i have been a huge mess ever since i was born. BUT... if you want nasty forearms like mine... take a 5 pound weight... tie it to the middle of a horizontal stick and twist the stick so that the rope twirls around the stick and that the weight cant go up anymore... then slowly let it down. after that twist it the other way and repeat. thats a simple exercise power hitters or pretty much any hitter in baseball does. golfers too. but mine are just natural :p
